At Mosaic ParentHub, we understand the unique challenges that families face in navigating the child welfare system. Our founder, Takkeem Morgan, has firsthand experience with the stress, and sometimes pain and trauma that can result from the child welfare system. Determined to make a difference, he has dedicated his career to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families impacted by the child welfare system.

Our team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of backgrounds including child welfare, technology, data analytics, and marketing. We are committed to co-designing innovative solutions with the agencies and families we serve to ensure that your needs are met and your voices are heard.

Our flagship program, the Mosaic ParentHub Family Analytics Dashboard provides a digital feedback infrastructure to Licensed Child Placement Agencies (LCPAs) which create deeper connections between agencies and parents and the opportunity for data-driven continuous improvement.

At Mosaic ParentHub, ultimately we are working to break the cycle of poverty and trauma that can often be perpetuated by the child welfare system. Our vision is to create family resources and delivery systems that will help families secure their futures and ensure that no one has to experience the pain and hardship that is caused by unnecessary family separation.
